Heather Ollenburg of The Thicket on Hood Canal will arrive with buckets of locally grown October dahlias and guide guests in creating their own fresh floral arrangement in a locally grown pumpkin — yours to take home at the end of the evening.
Then gather around the table for a seasonal multi-course dinner from Fjord Oyster Bank, celebrating the harvest from sea and shore. Each course will be paired with wine selected by Castle & Crown Cellars of Port Townsend, with a sweet finish from the Fjord gelato kitchen.
