Our "tellers" are ready to share some great food and stories.
The former Columbia Bank in Hoodsport has a new look. Since the 1970s a bank has graced this plot of land overlooking Hood Canal & the Hoodsport Fish Hatchery. This fall we converted it to host some of the most amazing oyster and clams and seafood recipes (as well as non-seafood menus – Xinh Dwelley everyone!) .

I know. It’s frankly hard to believe our luck. When it comes to preparing local Northwest seafood Chef Xinh Dwelley is the undisputed legend in creating a fusion of flavors that are remarkable. We are honored that she is designing the Fjord Oyster Bank menu.
The day at the Fjord starts early with locally roasted Urraco Coffee from 630 AM. Stop by for a beverage or one of Xinh’s sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast burritos. She even elevates that average breakfast burrito!

A vault full of reasons to stop in.
When we saw that door and all the safety deposit boxes we knew it wasn’t going anywhere. Instead we filled it with local treasures from local books and gifts to oyster souvenirs — yes there is such a thing!
The items in the Vault have been carefully curated to reflect our Northwest products – although there is a little preference to Smokey and Woodsy Owl.
