This multi-course experience begins with a selection of Fjord Oyster Bank’s signature appetizers, fresh seasonal salad, and warm bread served at the Creekside slab table. Thoughtful wine pairings accompany each course, enhancing every bite.

Then comes the moment everyone awaits — the dramatic pot reveal. As the lid lifts, a fragrant wave of briny, savory aroma fills the air. Inside, a bounty of sweet Dungeness crab, plump clams, briny mussels, tender new potatoes, and golden corn on the cob, all simmered in a rich, seasoned broth. Smoked sausage lends a rustic depth, turning the feast into something truly unforgettable.

Guests are welcome to arrive any time after 4:00 pm to enjoy freshly shucked oysters and drinks at the shucking bar. Live music will set the mood from 5:00–8:00 pm, creating the perfect prelude to the evening’s feast. Seating for the main event begins promptly at 6:15 pm.
